Our story

Built around one simple idea: sometimes you just need help.

Founders Matthew and Victoria Waters with their family

Low Country Home Management began with a simple observation: people are busy, and sometimes they just need an extra set of hands.

There are companies that provide assistance for aging adults who need help around the home or with errands, groceries, and more. And there are families who can afford — or need — full-time help. But what about the people in the middle? Young families, busy professionals, people who don’t fit the mold for an aging care company or a full-time employee, and who need things a cleaning service can’t provide.

That’s where we come in.

Victoria and Matthew both work in careers where they serve clients with a concierge mindset and a habit of taking care of others. Through conversations with friends, neighbors, and families throughout the Savannah area, Matthew and Victoria Waters kept hearing the same thing. People needed help with the everyday tasks that pile up — cleaning up on chaotic mornings after getting the kids to school and going to work, errands, laundry, returns, organizing, waiting for the AC company to come for a repair, preparing for guests, or simply getting through an unusually busy week.

The more Matthew heard people talk about it, the more he realized there was a real gap in the market. Similar on-demand home and personal assistance services were becoming increasingly popular in other cities, yet he couldn’t find anything offering that same level of flexibility in the Savannah area.

So he thought, why not create it here?

That idea became Low Country Home Management — a flexible concierge service designed to give individuals and families access to trusted, professional help when they need it, for as little or as much time as they need it.

Because sometimes the greatest luxury isn’t having more things.
It’s having more time.
